Assistant Community Manager

What you'll do

• Support rent collection, invoice payments, budget management, resident communications, activities and events, vendors, and maintenance teams
• build relationships with residents
• address upkeep concerns
• support revenue, occupancy, and expense goals
• use YARDI to monitor availability, qualify prospects, and manage resident data
• support the Lifestyle & Engagement program
• inspect community show quality
• assist with social media, tours, lead follow-up, applications, screening, leases, move-in packages, and lease renewals.
