Dietary Aide

The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Jackson, Tennessee. Pay is $13 per hour. Northbrooke Post-Acute is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility providing wound care, rehabilitation, and skilled services, with a focus on resident well-being and quality care. The aide supports residents’ dietary needs by helping prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages according to menus, diet orders, preferences, and portion procedures. The role also maintains kitchen cleanliness and ensures food and utensils are ready for service.

What you'll do

• Assist with preparing meals, therapeutic and texture-modified diets, and special-event food
• serve supplements, snacks, beverages, and meal trays according to orders
• honor food preferences within diet specifications
• check trays
• clean and mop
• wash and store dishes and utensils
• manage waste
• obtain and store supplies
• prepare, label, and deliver nourishments and food carts.
