The role owns preconstruction estimating and procurement so projects begin with accurate budgets, reliable trade pricing, and planned purchasing. It coordinates vendors, subcontractors, materials, and project handoffs to support on-time, on-budget construction.

What you'll do

• Prepare estimates, quantity takeoffs, and project budgets from residential plan sets
• solicit and compare bids
• maintain budgets in Buildertrend
• manage purchasing, purchase orders, and material deliveries
• coordinate with production teams and trade partners
• review costs and invoices
• identify budget variances
• support value engineering and project handoffs.
