What you'll do

• Perform andrology services, including semen preparation for artificial insemination, sperm cryopreservation, and sperm analysis assessed by World Health Organization standards
• perform comprehensive semen analysis
• conduct laboratory quality control and quality assessment
• participate in quality improvement, record keeping, and data collection
• follow laboratory SOPs and OSHA guidelines, including universal precautions for bloodborne pathogens
• support embryology as needed.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a biological science and one year of laboratory experience. Monday–Friday hours are 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with required Saturday, Sunday, and holiday rotation. Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
