What you'll do

• Set up, execute, and break down weddings, banquets, holiday events, and club functions
• prepare rooms and service stations
• serve food and beverages
• pass hors d'oeuvres, serve plated meals, replenish buffets, and clear tables
• maintain clean and organized event areas
• respond to guest requests
• follow service, food-safety, and sanitation standards
• move event equipment and supplies as needed.
