The role supports reliable, efficient, and constructible facilities while managing design risks, schedules, and technical decisions across projects in the Americas.

What you'll do

• Lead architectural systems design from initiation through delivery
• manage third-party consultants and design deliverables, specifications, schedules, and task allocations
• support campus planning, entitlements, design, and permitting
• translate customer requirements into data center designs
• coordinate with internal teams and global design colleagues
• communicate design risks and constraints
• represent CloudHQ at OAC meetings
• research building technologies and contribute to global design standards
• travel to data center sites, client meetings, trainings, or conferences as required.
