Saw Operator

Job overview

The Saw Operator role is onsite in Essex, MD. Pay is $23 per hour. Precision Pipeline Solutions supports underground utility construction, maintenance, and restoration projects for gas, water, sewer, and other utilities. The operator makes accurate concrete and asphalt cuts and supports field crews in completing utility work safely and efficiently. The role also includes equipment care, safety checks, and general field support as project needs require.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain walk-behind concrete and asphalt saws
• measure and verify cut depths
• inspect and care for equipment and tooling
• plan work using daily job briefings and safety controls
• assist field crews with utility construction, maintenance, and restoration
• coordinate cutting activities
• complete equipment inspections and required documentation
• support site setup, traffic control, cleanup, and restoration as needed.
