What you'll do

• Lead division financial and operational performance
• establish operating cadence across finance, operations, sales, staffing, safety, and leadership communications
• drive growth and client retention
• oversee project delivery and risk
• support project managers and office leaders
• manage recruiting, staffing, performance, and leadership development
• represent Apex with clients and stakeholders
• and escalate legal, contractual, safety, financial, staffing, and project risks. Regular travel to division offices, client sites, and corporate functions is required.
