What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, feeding, ambulation, toileting, and health-related tasks
• provide emotional support and monitor life skills
• support medication self-administration reminders after proper training
• implement service and behavior support plans
• document services and changes
• assist with housekeeping, laundry, meals, and shopping
• transport individuals to activities and appointments.
