What you'll do

• Advise clients on U.S. and global data protection frameworks and industry-specific laws
• draft and revise privacy policies, incident response plans, data processing agreements, and service contracts
• assist with regulatory inquiries and investigations
• support transaction due diligence involving privacy and security risks
• counsel on AI governance
• contribute to breach response planning and execution
• collaborate across offices.
