What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and staff
• conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols of retail common areas, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter
• respond to incidents and customer concerns according to site procedures
• monitor access points and observe activity
• document patrols, incidents, and observations
• communicate relevant information to site management, company leadership, or emergency responders as directed.
