What you'll do

• Design, build, and operate tools and platforms for the Hivemind developer experience
• advance local development workflows, devcontainers, internal developer platforms, and project templates
• evaluate and implement agentic AI capabilities in developer tools
• partner with engineering teams to identify friction and create reusable workflows
• enable collaboration through tooling and documentation
• drive adoption and gather feedback
• own solutions from discovery through operation and improvement
• use DORA metrics and other signals to guide priorities
• contribute to technical direction and design decisions.
