What you'll do

• Represent clients in foreclosure, eviction, bankruptcy, and related proceedings
• appear at hearings, motions, mediations, and trials
• draft and review legal documents
• conduct legal research
• advise clients on risks and strategy
• manage deadlines and caseload
• collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
