• Develop and deliver live and virtual new-hire, launch, advanced, and ongoing training
• build skills in selling, product knowledge, clinical understanding, call planning, and business acumen
• create onboarding experiences
• manage and optimize training content
• use learning technologies
• collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and other partners
• assess training needs and address skill gaps
• align learning initiatives with revenue goals and performance needs.
