Scrum Master — Agile Delivery

The Scrum Master role is hybrid onsite in Austin, TX, with flexible work-from-home options available. Pay is $60–$65 per hour. The role supports State of Texas HHSC enterprise data, analytics, and modernization initiatives. The Scrum Master facilitates Agile delivery, coaches cross-functional teams, removes impediments, and promotes transparency and continuous improvement. The role helps teams deliver against program and organizational goals while applying Scrum practices consistently.

What you'll do

• Facilitate Agile delivery and Scrum practices
• support Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• identify and remove impediments
• coach teams on self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement
• support reporting on velocity, sprint metrics, and delivery progress
• foster collaboration among product owners, development teams, and stakeholders.

Why this role
