Production Quality Compliance Supervisor

Job overview

The Production Quality Compliance Supervisor role is onsite in Du Quoin, IL, with pay of $25–$38 per hour. The role supports production quality at Prysmian USA, a wire and cable manufacturer. The supervisor oversees quality compliance at the point of production through process audits, testing, data review, and corrective-action follow-through. The role helps reduce product escapes and maintain specifications by coaching operators and partnering with management and engineering.

What you'll do

• Audit production processes and verify standard work
• provide technical support and resolve production issues
• coach operators and helpers on quality methods
• sample products and conduct destructive and non-destructive testing
• monitor equipment and tooling health
• partner with management and engineering on specifications
• record and report test data and deviations
• maintain data accuracy and traceability
• conduct formal production audits
• communicate updates to quality and cross-functional teams
• follow safety and procedural requirements.
