The Business Development & Marketing Representative – Trades role is onsite in Boerne, TX, with annual compensation of $45,000–$60,000. American Leak Detection provides non-invasive leak detection and repair services to residential and commercial customers in the San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding areas. The representative develops referral relationships, generates business, and supports marketing to increase awareness of the company’s services. The role combines outreach, follow-up, sales pipeline management, networking, and social media and campaign support to help grow the local office.

What you'll do

• Identify business opportunities in San Antonio, Austin, and surrounding areas
• build and maintain referral relationships
• schedule business-to-business meetings and presentations
• follow up on leads and referrals
• manage and document the sales pipeline
• coordinate goals and outreach strategies with leadership
• attend networking and community events
• help create and manage social media content, email campaigns, marketing materials, referral programs, and promotional events
• track results and report progress
• represent the company professionally.
