What you'll do

• Process full-cycle weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• maintain employee records
• review and verify timecards and resolve discrepancies
• generate, process, print, and distribute paychecks
• transmit positive pay and ACH files
• process garnishments and employment verifications confidentially
• support multi-state payroll and tax compliance
• complete union reporting and SAIF reporting
• assist with payroll-related audits, credit card transactions, and expense reimbursements.
