What you'll do

• Oversee financial statement preparation and documentation for government entities
• assess internal controls and recommend improvements
• apply governmental GAAP, GAAS, GAGAS, and Uniform Guidance
• research accounting issues and communicate conclusions
• plan and review audit and preparation work
• manage client relationships and engagement schedules
• supervise, train, mentor, and review the work of accounting specialists, associates, and senior associates.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent, at least four years of public accounting experience, and significant supervisory experience. CPA or international equivalent is preferred.
