What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils

• assist with basic food preparation as needed
• perform routine dishwashing equipment maintenance and report malfunctions
• restock clean items
• store and label cleaning supplies
• follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
