Shift Leader

What you'll do

• Supervise team members and delegate tasks
• organize shift schedules and monitor attendance
• greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages
• ensure food preparation follows cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitation requirements
• maintain cleanliness
• handle guest concerns
• train team members
• balance cash drawers and prepare deposits as assigned
• complete administrative duties and paperwork
• supervise opening or closing activities as directed
• follow food and cash controls.
