What you'll do

• Vacuum carpets
• sweep and mop floors
• clean bathrooms, windows, sills, and porches as needed
• change linens
• dust fixtures
• check that lights work
• wash, dry, and fold resident and community linens
• thoroughly clean occupied apartments weekly, meeting a minimum standard of 10 apartments per day
• deep-clean each occupied apartment twice yearly, including carpet shampooing and linoleum waxing.
