Export Agent - AM (Sunday - Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.)

The Export Agent (AM) is an onsite role based in Erlanger, KY. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the export filing and compliance team. This role is responsible for ensuring export shipments are accurately reviewed, processed, and transmitted in compliance with U.S. Customs and Census Bureau regulations. The agent analyzes documentation, determines filing requirements, and submits Electronic Export Information (EEI) through the Automated Export System (AES).

What you'll do

• Review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, Shipper's Letters of Instruction (SLIs), and export declarations.
• Determine export filing requirements based on shipment value, commodity, destination, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit EEI filings through AES.
• Verify Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs), Schedule B classifications, license information, and other required export data.
• Ensure compliance with U.S.
• export regulations.
• Monitor filing queue and meet established productivity and quality standards.
