What you'll do

• Operate process and packaging equipment
• change machine programs and parameters
• assemble equipment used for cooking and candy production
• weigh ingredients and follow recipes
• measure temperature, viscosity, and brix
• follow food-safety and quality procedures
• inspect materials
• train employees
• complete production records and data entry
• use material-moving equipment after company training and certification
• maintain clean and sanitary food-contact surfaces.
