Marketing Administrator

Compensation is $0 per year. The Marketing Administrator role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL. Team JAS supports aircraft component repair, overhaul, manufacturing, and distribution, including specialized support for regional and utility aircraft. The administrator creates and coordinates marketing materials and campaigns that communicate technical capabilities and support business development. The role maintains brand assets and marketing operations while working with department leaders, sales, vendors, and external partners.

What you'll do

• Design brochures, flyers, advertisements, product sheets, presentations, and digital content
• create tradeshow and event collateral
• develop concepts and prepare materials for print or digital publication
• support MRO, PMA, and Distribution initiatives
• create newsletters, email campaigns, press releases, and social content
• maintain website content and coordinate SEO updates
• coordinate conference and event marketing
• manage merchandise and marketing asset inventories
• work with vendors, printers, IT, and partners
• and maintain calendars, asset libraries, project tracking, and budget records.
