The Residential Counselor — MAP role is onsite in Plainville, MA. The schedule is Sunday 9 a.m.–3 p.m. and Monday 3 p.m.–11 p.m., totaling 14 hours; compensation is $20–$23.75 per hour. What you'll do

• Teach daily living and socialization skills, including cooking, budgeting, and medication management
• implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance
• administer or supervise medications under MAP guidelines and document care
• transport residents to appointments and community activities
• advocate for residents
• model healthy coping strategies
• maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete documentation.

Why this role
