It coordinates with customers and internal engineering, estimating, procurement, and operations teams to support growth and smooth project execution.

What you'll do

• Lead sales engineering from opportunity evaluation through quotation and proposal submission
• review specifications, construction documents, site requirements, and drawings
• serve as technical liaison to customers, OEMs, consulting engineers, and distributors
• develop recommendations for generator enclosures, fuel tanks, integrated power systems, and related packages
• coordinate pricing and manufacturability
• prepare proposals and presentations
• support customer meetings, design reviews, factory visits, and technical discussions
• identify proposal risks
• mentor junior staff
• improve sales engineering and handoff practices
• support market intelligence, strategic growth, trade shows, and post-award reviews.
