What you'll do

• Lead audit, review, compilation, and consulting engagements from planning through completion
• manage budgets, staffing, timelines, and client expectations
• review financial statements and workpapers
• ensure compliance with professional standards and firm quality requirements
• advise clients
• mentor and develop accounting staff
• support practice development and process improvements.
