What you'll do

• Support individuals with disabilities in achieving personal goals through community integration and skill development
• supervise, mentor, and assign work to staff
• assist with hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• help develop curriculum aligned with individual support plan goals
• lead group activities and discussions
• support inclusion, advocacy, social interaction, and planned activities
• maintain participant files and case records
• communicate with families, care providers, agency staff, and state agencies
• assist with medication administration and daily support tasks in accordance with plans and policies
• complete incident reports as warranted.
