The Teen Instructor — Renaissance Pointe YMCA role is onsite in Fort Wayne, IN, and is part-time, with hours available from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pay is $12.44–$14.50 per hour. The YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne supports teen programming and youth development. The instructor supports the Teen Coordinator with daily program operations, mentoring participants and helping deliver scheduled activities. The role helps teens build confidence through enriching activities and supports transportation to designated program locations when directed.

What you'll do

• Engage, mentor, and lead teen program participants
• assist with setup, delivery, participation, and cleanup of scheduled activities
• assist with transportation in YMCA-approved vehicles to designated program locations as directed
• complete required CPR, First Aid, oxygen, bloodborne pathogen, and child abuse training within 60 days of hire.
