Certified Medication Aide

What you'll do

• Administer and document medications according to medication records and policy
• respect residents’ medication and treatment choices, observe and report adverse reactions or errors
• provide personalized resident care and follow negotiated service plans
• supervise caregivers on duty and assist with meals and staffing schedules
• respond to resident calls and emergencies
• communicate changes and concerns to leadership and at shift change
• maintain required paperwork, attend meetings and training, and maintain CPR and First Aid certification.
