What you'll do

• Establish helping relationships with people with psychiatric and co-occurring substance-use disabilities
• assist individuals in connecting with and using formal and natural resources
• plan individual rehabilitation goals
• facilitate psychoeducational group work
• collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues in the PROS program.
