The Security Shift Supervisor — Biotechnology Site role is an onsite, part-time position in Cambridge, MA, scheduled Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 3 PM. Starting pay is $26.70 per hour. Allied Universal provides security and facility services to customers and communities. The supervisor oversees security operations for a client facility and surrounding campus, directing officers, managing staffing and training, checking service quality and contract compliance, and supporting incident reporting and post orders. The role requires at least one year of prior security supervisory experience and applicants must be at least 21 years old.

What you'll do

• Direct and instruct security officers
• cross-train staff
• oversee shift staffing, scheduling, and training
• ensure required training and screening are complete
• inspect performance for service quality and contract compliance
• make emergency notifications
• and assist with payroll, incident reports, security surveys, and post orders.
