General Maintenance Worker

Job overview

What you'll do

• Perform corrective maintenance and repairs to facilities, grounds, and structures, including electrical, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, ironwork, painting, concrete, HVAC, fire protection, earthwork, and irrigation tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues and determine repair approaches.
• Inspect and test air conditioning/refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, piping, and ventilation systems.
• Work independently, use blueprints and manuals, and communicate with the project manager and customers.
