HVAC Installation Coordinator

Job overview

The HVAC Installation Coordinator role is onsite in Farmington, MO. Compensation is $30–$35 per hour. Nicholson Heating & Air provides HVAC services and emphasizes on-time service, respect, transparency, and customer experience. The role leads residential system replacements and new installations, coordinating safe, quality work and communication with homeowners and the office. It supports customer comfort by troubleshooting and installing HVAC, air-quality, refrigerant, and control systems and advising clients on equipment maintenance.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on equipment maintenance
• use electrical testing equipment to check circuits and components
• replace heating, air-conditioning, air-quality, refrigeration, and control systems
• connect pipes or tubing to fuel, water, or refrigerant sources
• check joints and connections for leaks
• lead residential replacements and installations
• ensure work meets company standards and local codes
• train helpers
• maintain clean work areas
• communicate with the office and homeowners.
