What you'll do

• Performs nursing care functions such as vital signs and dressing applications
• cleans/irrigates wounds
• assists with examinations
• administers medications (excluding IV)
• documents patient response
• performs skin tests and immunizations
• prepares treatment rooms
• assists with minor surgical procedures
• maintains departmental files
• performs lab tests
• collects specimens
• participates in quality assurance.
