What you'll do
- Direct day-to-day unit nursing operations under the DON
- supervise, delegate, and coordinate assigned RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- assess residents through rounds and daily visits
- provide nursing care and ordered treatments as needed
- coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
- maintain timely medical documentation
- communicate with families and physicians
- oversee assessments and care plans.

Why this role
Requires an unrestricted Connecticut RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and current CPR/BLS or equivalent certification. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred.
