What you'll do

• Prepare personalized consultations and demonstrate diamonds and jewelry
• advise clients on jewelry selection, diamond education, care, and company policies
• follow up to close sales
• manage appointments and lead pipelines
• collaborate with showroom and virtual sales colleagues on clienteling and custom design
• share customer trends and product feedback
• support product launches, events, press days, activations, and influencer hosting.
