Dietary Staff Aide

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve appetizing meals and snacks
• order and receive food and departmental supplies
• follow meal presentation, portion, temperature, and quality standards
• serve residents, visitors, and staff courteously
• check diet trays and report substandard food
• clean work surfaces, refrigerators, freezers, floors, utensils, dishes, trays, and equipment
• maintain clean and organized food storage
• dispose of food and waste according to policy
• inspect the dietary services area for sanitation, order, and safety.
