What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and facility personnel
• follow site procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, grounds, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• verify credentials as required
• maintain logs and reports
• respond professionally to incidents and alarms
• notify site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
