CNC Operator / Utility — Day Shift

The CNC Operator / Utility — Day Shift role is onsite in Princeton, TX, with compensation of $20–$23 per hour depending on experience. The role supports material handling, quality inspection, and machine operation at Fab Har Corporation. This position helps keep production flowing by moving and staging materials, tending CNC machines, inspecting finished components, and maintaining an orderly workspace. Under direct supervision, the employee may learn basic setups, secondary equipment operation, and CNC program editing with experienced machinists.

What you'll do

• Transport, stage, and track raw materials and finished parts
• load and unload CNC parts
• as experience grows, may perform basic setups or operate secondary equipment
• inspect components with micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators
• keep the workspace clean, organize tooling, and report maintenance issues
• handle materials safely
• cross-train with CNC machinists on program editing and job setup.
