Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with daily property operations, leasing, and resident services
• process HUD and LIHTC compliance
• prepare for inspections and audits
• maintain resident files and computer records
• inspect the site and report maintenance issues
• coordinate unit turnover and show vacant apartments
• process rent collections and delinquent accounts
• respond to emergencies and document incidents
• supervise vendors and site staff when needed.
