What you'll do

• Provide personal care including grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral care
• change bed linens
• assist with ambulation, transfers, and positioning
• record vital signs, weights, measurements, intake, and output as assigned
• observe residents and report condition changes to the Charge Nurse
• assist with meals and hydration
• maintain housekeeping standards
• answer call lights
• support infection prevention practices and resident care planning.
