Process Excellence Engineer

The Process Excellence Engineer role is onsite in Miami, FL. Compensation is $24 per hour plus company incentives. The role joins GHT’s Operations team to help build and roll out its Business Operational System. The engineer works with frontline teams and supervisors to observe operations, identify process gaps, and implement sustainable improvements. The role supports stronger daily management, problem-solving, productivity, and operational capability.

What you'll do

• Translate operational excellence strategy into floor-level routines
• deploy visual management and performance boards
• define and track KPIs
• facilitate Kaizen and structured problem-solving
• document standard work and process maps
• conduct time and motion studies
• analyze performance data
• coach supervisors and frontline employees.

Why this role

Fluent English and Spanish are required. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, plus one Saturday every two weeks, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM; additional peak-season hours may be needed.
