• Own budgeting for revenue through gross margin and ensure accurate roll-up into the full P&L budget
• manage, mentor, and develop financial analysts
• provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives, investments, and market expansion
• identify in-year risks and opportunities
• conduct profitability, cost optimization, and business case analyses
• develop and report financial and operational KPIs
• improve financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis processes.
