What you'll do

• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and enforce the academy’s discipline code
• plan and deliver lessons aligned with state and school curriculum standards
• develop lesson plans and use instructional-coach feedback
• collaborate with special education staff and implement indicated accommodations and modifications
• maintain student records and required documentation
• communicate with parents about student performance
• participate in school teams and professional development
• inform school leaders of instructional resource needs.
