The Maintenance Technician III, Industrial/Warehouse Facilities role is onsite in Riverside, MO, with pay of $35–$38 per hour. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 4:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. PLA is a national supply-chain solutions provider offering pallet management, third-party logistics, reverse logistics, and freight brokerage and transportation management. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the senior-level technician oversees facility and equipment maintenance, repairs, installations, and removals. The role supports safe operations, production uptime, and regulatory compliance through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical guidance to less experienced maintenance staff.

What you'll do

• Perform and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and equipment removals
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• maintain machinery and inspection logs and process preventive-maintenance work orders
• support forklift certification and maintenance records
• enforce safety and environmental procedures
• manage spare-parts inventory and coordinate vendors
• support facility and grounds maintenance
• provide technical guidance and training.
