What you'll do

• Maintain and service hydronic, steam, chilled water, DX, forced-air, heat-pump, VAV, constant-volume, exhaust, and heat-recovery systems
• maintain tools and equipment
• perform preventive maintenance, service, and repairs
• follow safety requirements and use PPE
• keep records
• work extended shifts and overtime as required
• communicate with customers.
