What you'll do

• Administer day-to-day Housing Choice Voucher/Section 8 activities
• review participant files for eligibility, accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• apply HUD regulations including 24 CFR Part 982
• verify income and eligibility using EIV
• process recertifications and documentation
• apply HQS requirements and support SEMAP standards
• follow Fair Housing and reasonable accommodation requirements
• maintain audit-ready records
• communicate with participants, landlords, property owners, and internal stakeholders
• resolve concerns.
