The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) role is an onsite, on-the-road position in El Paso, TX, and surrounding areas. Compensation is $50–$120 per visit. Varco Home Health provides one-on-one care in patients’ homes. The nurse assesses patients, develops and follows individualized care plans, provides skilled nursing services, and educates patients and caregivers. The role supports patient-centered care by monitoring progress, updating plans, and completing accurate documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform in-home patient assessments

• provide wound care, medication care, catheter care, and chronic disease management
• educate patients and caregivers on home care and safety
